The CanVECTOR Scientific Abstract Competition is now closed. Applicants will be notified of their status shortly.
Abstract review
A committee of senior investigators will review the submitted abstracts and select four for oral presentation during the conference. Selected presenters will be notified at least four weeks in advance of the conference.
Abstract publication
The selected abstracts will be simultaneously published in the Thrombosis Research Journal Supplement. If you wish to opt-out from publication, contact us at info@canvector.ca.
Posters
All the submitted abstracts are eligible to be considered for poster presentation.
Instructions for posters
1. The poster boards will be in horizontal orientation only.
2. Your poster must fit within the dimensions of the board, which is 4' x 8' (121 cm x 243 cm). Pins will be available on each board.
3. Each poster will be assigned a number, which will be sent prior to the conference.
4. The poster set up and tear down schedule will be sent to presenters via email before the conference.
5. It is expected that you stand by your poster during the poster session and share/discuss your work with those interested.
6. Please ensure to use CanVECTOR branding on your poster. The CanVECTOR logo is available in various formats (abbreviated or full name, colour or black and white, transparent or white background, PNG or JPG). These may be accessed through the Members Portal or requested by email to info@canvector.ca. Individuals who hold a CanVECTOR fellowship or Studentship award or an ERLI award must acknowledge support by the CanVECTOR Network in all oral and poster presentations.
